Bought a 2 day all inclusive pass, spent Saturday on the red route with plans to do the blue route Sunday. Unfortunately Sunday morning we were informed that the blue route was canceled all day, and everything i had planned for that day went up in smoke. This caused my anxiety to get pretty bad. Our plans centered around the bus and the 2 routes as we had no vehicle with us and do not really understand the subway system. Then we decided to ride the red route again and do a few more things on it since we could nonlonger do the blue route. Sights set on the statue of liberty.. Oh the bus driver cannot speak English, and just continues driving right past the stop, never announced or said anything so now we are at stop 12 and if we want to do the statue we have to ride the route all the way back around. Busses stuck in traffic, cannot get off unless it is a designated stop, even when we were stuck in parade traffic and wasting our time. Driver constantly honking horn, even when there was no place for anyone to drive to. Tried to get a partial refund for our tickets since all of the plans I had for Sunday were now messed up, was told to call another company, then another. I will not be doing this again, nor will I recommend it to anyone, it was not a good experience at all.

Being able to book attractions. Just wish you could book world trade centre memorial museum Rockefeller and edge in advance too instead of having to go on the day or go there to book which is inconvenient.

- Feeling old school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. You can also show this version of your pass on your phone.
- Get access to pre-recorded commentary, suggested itineraries, a handy map, and more, available at your fingertips!
- Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) chosen over 2 weeks. For example, if you select a 3-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and the consecutive days opted for. Your pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation with your New York Pass shortly. Download the voucher on your mobile device and display it at any of the collection centers mentioned in the mail in order to receive the pass. The pass will be activated after its first usage and will remain active for consecutive days depending on your choice of pass.

On Foot
Get to 50 St Broadway. Walk south-east on West 50th St towards 7th Avenue. Turn right onto 7th Avenue till you find 712 on 7th Avenue on the right.
Validity
You can activate your pass for a year from date of purchase. Once the pass has been activated, you have one day to use the pass before it expires.
