Hi there, I recently purchased several tickets on Headout.com and paid using my UAE bank card, based on the prices displayed in AED. However, I was unexpectedly charged additional fees, including a currency exchange fee and VAT. These charges were not mentioned or clearly stated on the website, which I found disappointing. Discover a whole new world at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, located at the Dubai Mall. Gaze out at the most diverse collections of aquatic life at the Dubai Aquarium, which houses thousands of aquatic animals across hundreds of species. Enjoy the 270-degree acrylic walkthrough tunnel for close encounters with these underwater animals. At level 2, you have the Underwater Zoo, a great place that boasts individual marine displays with their unique aquatic environments. Learn all about their quirks from the trained staff. Wave at penguins, crocodiles, piranhas, giant spider crabs, otters, water rats, sea horses, and sea jellies here!

The View at The Palm

Many are calling The Palm Tower ‘the most spectacular palm tree in Dubai’, and for good reason. Built in the heart of the artificially created Palm Jumeirah, this award-winning building project is built in the shape of a palm tree. The tower exudes luxury, with its stunning apartments and of course, the St. Regis Hotel. But it also boasts remarkable views of Palm Jumeirah from its observation deck on the 52nd floor. For the avid swimmers, the infinity pool on the 50th floor promises quite the experience: 200 meters of sparkling water with striking panoramic views of Dubai. All in all, it is an amalgamation of many individual experiences, making it an ideal visit for just about anyone!

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.
The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.
