Booked the tickets on the same day, just few hours before. Got the tickets very fast and when I reached the tour place, it was very organised showed us the training video and 5 of us were taken into a once in a lifetime experience. We flew over the Atlantis, the Palm and saw almost half of Dubai including the kings palace/shipping yard/ Dubai man made islands/ Burj Khalifa/ the Dubai frame/ Atlantis royal and many more. It is surely an experience you have go to if are in Dubai. And the booking experience in Headout is seamless. Definitely recommend.

Right from the management to the sumptuous food to the marina view on the dhow cruise, each and everything was immaculate and well taken care of. A must do for everyone and without a doubt a highly recommended activity.

The views that we observed of Dubai were amazing. It is a must see for anyone visiting Dubai. However we paid the extra because the description for this ticket said we would bypass the crowds also skip the queues for the security check and the queues for the elevator. This was far from the truth we were part of a crowd and had to queue for everything. Once in the elevator that's where the escorted tour ended we were left to do our own thing and had to find our own way around. Including how to go to the next floors and then how to exit the building. The spectacular views made it a good experience.

As we sipped on refreshing beverages, I couldn't help but feel a sense of exhilaration at being in such an iconic location. The panoramic views of Dubai's skyline were simply mesmerizing. Overall, my visit to the Burj Al Arab was an unforgettable experience. It's a place that truly lives up to its reputation as one of the world's most luxurious hotels.
