Wawel Castle and Cathedral guided tour with Kinga was a fantastic experience. She is highly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about the history. Her explanations about the Polish dynasties, especially the kings who ruled from Wawel, really brought the past to life and made it much more meaningful. Throughout the tour, she asked us engaging questions related to the castle’s history, which made it even more interesting and interactive. Her English was very good, and she explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

The Auschwitz tour was truly an extraordinary experience—one that is difficult to put into words. It’s not just a historical visit; it’s a direct confrontation with a reality that no book or documentary can fully convey. Only when you are there, walking through those spaces, seeing the details up close, and hearing the stories, do you begin to grasp the true weight of what happened. It’s a heavy, deeply reflective, and profoundly moving experience that forces you to pause and think far beyond anything you may have previously learned. If you don’t experience it in person, you can never fully understand the emotional and human dimension of what truly took place. It’s something that stays with you long after and quietly changes the way you see both the past and the present.

The tour itself was amazing we had a brilliant day but I did find the tour guide slightly rude and the ear piece kept cracking in my ear so I needed up taking it out some of the tour but in all it was an amazing experience especially seeing the cathedral

My partner & I enjoyed this tour! The basics: The tour company was organized. They communicated very quickly with any changes, they offered the choice of a lunch (for an additional fee) that was tasty & that could be ate within the short break time. The tour organizer spoke very good English, he was clear & loud with directions. The tour guide was knowledgeable, her English was good. She clearly has a lot of passion for the tour (which is felt). My only complaint is that when we didn't have the headsets, she was difficult to hear. Especially when other groups would come behind us & make noise. I feel like I missed some information because of this. The other complaint was when other groups would not wait for our group. Comparatively, our group would wait a few beats behind other groups (for their guide to finish speaking) out of respect. In particular there was one tour guide who frequently & very rudely would walk into the mix of our group (with her group) & start over-talking our guide. I just found that this was not respectful. Thankfully, our guide finally told her to just move ahead & the problem was solved. It was no fault of our tour organizer or our guide, but it was very disrespectful & something that one should be prepared for. The tour itself: It was a heavy day, but most certainly a tour everyone should take if they are able. I feel blessed for the experience. It was eye opening & thought provoking. At times, it was chilling to the bone. It stirs up a lot of questions for me about why our current world is not learning from the past. Thank you for this experience & I hope this review helps others decide to take the time to understand, feel, & reflect.

A must see location to stand outside the factory and imagine the glow of workers entering through the gates. However inside is more set like and tends to distance you from the originality of the building. Interesting artifacts and information abound from the Nazi occupation. Hopefully the office at least gave an impression where you could imagine Oskar working.

It was a wonderful experience; we lived the history of Poland and Krakow. The atmosphere was truly magical as we moved through centuries of history.

Natalie our guide was very informative and explained pre and post war in great detail in regards to Nazi takeover and the uprising of the ghetto post war. Learned a lot of facts about schindler that opposes the movie schindlers list. Would recommend a guided tour when visiting.

Brilliant day from start to finish , all ran smoothly tour guide was helpful with anything we asked and we would definitely recommend booking this tour we had so much fun , what a beautiful place zakopane is thank you for making it so special
