First of all, I appreciated the company’s professionalism; another tour operator had canceled my visit, claiming it was closed for a memorial service, which wasn’t true. So a big thank you just for letting us in... The driver was punctual, friendly, and helpful, and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable. The place is very moving, and the guide was able to explain the tragic events that took place there with great sensitivity—which was very important for my group because we were traveling with 12-year-old girls, and many people had said it wasn’t advisable. But Magdalena handled it with just the right sensitivity for them as well. Highly recommended

The visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau was very moving and deeply affecting. The guide did a great job of conveying the hell the prisoners had to endure.

It was a very chilled experience. We got to enjoy the sights with some music before the audio explained the history of the different landmarks we floated past. It gave great view of both sides of the river bank.

Excellent guide; the tour started right on time. The descent is smooth—with so much information and beauty, you don’t even realize you’re underground. The ascent is via an elevator… I recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

Wawel Castle and Cathedral guided tour with Kinga was a fantastic experience. She is highly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about the history. Her explanations about the Polish dynasties, especially the kings who ruled from Wawel, really brought the past to life and made it much more meaningful. Throughout the tour, she asked us engaging questions related to the castle’s history, which made it even more interesting and interactive. Her English was very good, and she explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

The tour itself was amazing we had a brilliant day but I did find the tour guide slightly rude and the ear piece kept cracking in my ear so I needed up taking it out some of the tour but in all it was an amazing experience especially seeing the cathedral

A must see location to stand outside the factory and imagine the glow of workers entering through the gates. However inside is more set like and tends to distance you from the originality of the building. Interesting artifacts and information abound from the Nazi occupation. Hopefully the office at least gave an impression where you could imagine Oskar working.
