The bus was comfortable, which is important considering the length of the journey, and the staff were friendly and attentive at all times. It is also important to highlight how sensitive and respectful the tour was, understanding the emotional weight and historical significance of the place. The guide did an excellent job, with clear, in-depth, and well-delivered explanations, always maintaining the respect that the site deserves. We visited Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau in one go, in a smooth and well-coordinated manner, which allowed us to make the most of our time without rushing or confusion. Overall, it was a very well-organized, serious, and highly recommended experience. If you go in January or February, be sure to dress warmly.

Lovely full day out with our guide Mirek and driver Stan. The admission was roughly £70pp - a very good price considering that this includes the seamless transfer from Krakow and back, multiple stops including a Chochołów village, cheese & vodka tasting, Zakopane (with funicular ride to Gubałówka mountain) and also the thermal baths (so much fun and great experience!). Breathtaking part of the world to see and visit, especially at this time of year in the snow. Mirek was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and funny. visited the Wieliczka Salt Mine and it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. The place itself is impressive, and it’s hard to believe that what we see is only about 1% of the entire mine. Our guide was very good and made the tour engaging. She didn’t just explain things, but also asked us questions and involved us, which made the visit more fun and interactive. We also had the chance to taste the famous salt from the mine, real salt, and surprisingly very good! It was a nice and curious moment that added something special to the tour. Even though there are many stairs going down, the experience is absolutely worth it. It was a beautiful excursion and I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

First of all, the name of this tour should be corrected to "World War II Museum and Information about Oscar Shkinler." The tour is generally well-documented, with nice photos illustrating Krakow's history and World War II, but the Oscar Shindler is only featured in a small part of it. In any case, nice tour for Krakow history and Schindler's job. I quitted the tour early because of another scheduled tour for Wawel Castle. I joinef another tour guide for Getto. I like it much, tour guide was a man graduated from Jewish history. Wall, park, Getto history and houses were perfectly described.

Overall, this river cruise beautifully combines relaxation, sightseeing, and atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw who wants a memorable and peaceful evening experience.

It was a fantastic experience. The staff were really good, they knew what to do and took care of us. I appreciate how timely they acted on every event they took us to. My favorite part of the trip is somewhere between the quad trip through the mountain and the thermal hot bath. All in all, an amazing experience it was for myself and my partner who went.
