Naples for nature lovers

The reception of the hostesses for the reservation, which had not been transmitted correctly but which was effective. Timetable respected. My advice: Arrive early at Pompei scavi station. To meet at 13:00, take the 11:44 train to Naples.

The German-speaking guide lady in Pompeii was simply exceptional and she made the walk through Pompeii under a scorching sun an unforgettable experience.

The staff in the shop in Via Roma were so friendly and so helpful. The bus out to Vesuvius was good. The instructions were clear and the journey back was on time. All in all, it was a great trip and we really enjoyed it.

We enjoyed the convenience of the trip to Vesuvio. Our only complaint was that we were told we would have a guide which gave us the impression a guide was assigned to our group. Instead we arrived at the top to be told a guide would arrive shortly and was not assigned to our specific group. Then we waited for a random guide for over fifteen minutes. Being aware of the time to meet our bus, we decided to continue walking to the top and take in the views. So our only complaint is that a guide really isn't part of the ticket price but a guide that is already there for any tour group.

Very beautiful place steeped in history, water fountains available, small downside the entrance fee was more expensive online than if we had paid on site.

Easy payout system, i found some offers that were not available on other websites. Only one mention, for the Vesuvius ticket, my booking also had a guide included in the tour, but we actually only had a driver, the tour was not guided. Not a very big problem for me personally, but i am guessing that other people may want a guide to be available. Other than this, everything was perfect.

You can't miss it .. !!! Beside of history that you heard before .. about Pompeii. This trp is actually bringing you back to old age. Why! Because you will find the original source of all history where to beging. Yeap! .. I can say this..those other peoples in my group are also said .. Superrrrrrrrrr cool. We're so excited and enjoying our trip...safety.. friendly crew. Thank you for everything guys!

Yes, I felt safe and well attended to at each location. Our driver was kind and drove well. We practiced our Italian and he practiced English. Fun!!!

There was a little mix up with our reservation but Salvatore was amazing and got everything worked out. Service was great, and the mountain was even better. Absolutely perfect day to hike up Vesuvius

Nos recogieron en la puerta del parque arqueológico de pompeya y nos llevaron en furgoneta hasta la zona más alta del vesuvio alcanzable en coche. Francesco nos explicó bastantes cosas, aunque fue poco tiempo. Sin embargo, fue súper amable y simpático; además nos pudo acercar a la estación de tren. Después de subir en coche hay que subir otros 400 metros andando. pero las vistas merecen la pena.

The views from the mountain were amazing. The lack of engagement/information/detail by the tour organirer in terms of meeting the guide on the mountain was very disappointing. Essentially u were left to own devices in terms of getting up and down in time and it was tight.. I am glad I did the trip but other trips may b better organised.

Fantastic to see Vesuvius up close, was a tough climb though, recommended to wear sturdy shoes. Too bad it is not indicated that someone still has to give your ticket, was a little unclear. In the end it came out okay though.

The visit went well, but the shuttles need to be reviewed. We waited 1.5 hours in the parking lot in the dust and sweep of other tour operators' buses, with nothing to wait for. 1 return bus per hour when the designers do 30. Pathetic
