STORY

The movie is a touching and poignant recollection of the Boston Marathon bombing. The movie tells us the story of how a community made up of people from around the world stood up to face the terror.

Police Sergeant Tommy Saunders (Mark Wahlberg), along with courageous survivors and investigators, are on a hunt for the bombers before they strike again.

Borrowing highlights from the lives of Special Agent Richard DesLauriers (Kevin Bacon), Police Commissioner Ed Davis (John Goodman), Sergeant Jeffrey Pugliese (J.K. Simmons) and nurse Carol Saunders (Michelle Monaghan), this movie captures one of the most sophisticated manhunts in law enforcement history. It also perfectly portrays the strength of Bostonians.
