Everything was perfect! However, please don’t mention that they pick you up from the hotel, as that’s not accurate and it complicates things. Some people in my group waited outside their hotel (as you mentioned), which caused us to be late starting the tour while we waited for them to reach the meeting point after our guide called them.

I'm Fairly straightforward process, buying and collecting tickets. Collection point was maybe not particularly well signposted. Staff were rather neutral in their demeanour.

The overall experience was very good,the only thing that I'd say,was that it wasn't easy to get our tickets,due to the building where we had to collect our tickets from was hidden,but that is a very minor issue,but overall very good experienceđź‘Ť

The tour was well organized, and the guide spoke very understandable English, even for French people like me who don't speak English very well. The driver is a very good driver.
As far as the visits are concerned, the Château de Pelés is a must. It's magnificent!
Bran Castle is not extraordinary, but we were happy to see it. Not much information on the Dracula legend.
Brasov is a very large city where we had 1h15 in the very pretty pedestrian center to visit or eat around 16h15.
Bring a picnic to nibble on in the bus.

Nice, organized, clean, not much helpful staff around, the pools also lack more water jets. There are a lot of people you have to wait to enjoy a jet.

Everything I love everything 2nd visit in 3 days I'm in love! Cleanliness, ambience, atmosphere, amazing food & cocktails. I got here at 8.40 today & got my self a sun bed but unfortunately I was too far back in the queue to secure a massage! But most definitely will get one when I'm back again in march. 10/10 so recommended thank you xx
