Booking Harder Kulm bahn tickets through Headout was a breeze. I was able to get the discount from my Swiss Travel Pass ticket and immediately receive the bahn tickets. When I went to the boarding station, I was able to skip the relatively long queue for the tickets and catch the bahn in time before it departed for the top of the mountain.

The queue was long and hot and hectic for the train. The restaurant at the top only offer yellow frozen frozen that has been reheated. Yuck! And overpriced.
But the climb to the top on my own was wonderfully rewarding.

For the most part. Access was seemless, however there were several things that were slightly confusing.
-Actual times that the ticket was valid for the Gondola. The website said that the return Gondola ride was valid for three hours after ascent, the app said 2 hours. This made Jungfraujoch seem rushed and we were unable to see all the included attractions.
-Instructions for entry to Gondola need to include "enter through No Reservation boarding lane."
-Instructions for train from Interlaken was not clear. Should have been clearer to just board the train to Grindelwald and conductor will scan ticket.

The experience was very unique, all of the transports were clean and ran perfectly on time, and the views were spectacular!

Our son was visiting from the States and we wanted to something special. He wanted to see the Alps. Well this was the most amazing way to see them. We spent 3 hrs up there including lunch. What an experience of a lifetime. Do it. We started at Grindlewald and took the lift to trains. WoW! Just beautiful.

We had an online ticket and got through all the checks without any problems. We found the many route options great.
The spot is a real experience! The many options on the mountain were also great!
On the return journey, the train attendant/ticket inspector gave us some chocolate! What more could you want?

The ride up was absolutely stunnng! The train ride was fun, the exhibits were amazing, espectislly the Ice Castle. A highlight of our trip to Switzerland.

Stress free! No waiting to buy at the ticket kiosk everytime you want to ride within the region. 99% of the gandolas and cable cars included except the the funicular in Murren. But very happy I purchased it.
