Clean.. no waiting like tiger kingdom.. helpful staff giving ample time with the tiger was a great once a lifetime experience. Bit far from Patong.. approx 30 minutes drive but good option if visiting or staying in Patong area.Renold

This is a very clean and spotless attraction. The lions were all very friendly and well trained, all very organised however the experience was simply to meet a tiger for 15 mins and there was no real education or information about tigers in general or the ones in captivity. Quite a small place if your just there to interact with the tigers and this will be over pretty quickly. So little bit disappointed there was not more info or history of the tigers or venue, it was very much turn up stroke a lion and go home. Could have been so much more. Having said this all the staff were polite and courteous.

The facilities of the place clean and very well equipped, the tigers looked very well cared for, the view was very short, we could only enjoy the ride 40', but it was worth it, we had interaction with the medium sized tigers 15' and we could pet them and take several pictures, beautiful experience. In this inclusive experience, you have the unique opportunity to select the tiger you want to interact with. Five options are available based on the age of the tigers – from newborns at just a month old to the biggest ones aged 19-36 months. Regardless of the option you choose, rest assured that your safety is paramount. Each interaction is supervised by experienced trainers, making this experience not just thrilling, but also secure and educational.
What to bring
- Bring along your hat, sunscreen, and umbrella as Phuket remains hot all around the year.
What's not allowed
- For safety reasons, guests below 15 years old and under 1.6m (5.25ft) cannot meet small, medium, or large tigers. They can only interact with the smallest or newborn tigers.
- Keep in mind food and beverages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.
