On arrival, we exchanged our e-tickets for the 12.00 entry. We arrived at 11.45. Once we had our tickets, we had to wait until 12.20 before we got past security. This was because there were many people with large suitcases having them searched. We had an appointment so had to leave at 13.00. We were very disappointed with the length of time in the security queue. Suitcases shouldn't be allowed. They should be put in a locker.

Go to the 4th floor of Tokyo Skytree, the tallest tower in the world, standing at 634 meters. The elevator will take you to the Tembo Deck at 350 meters in no time. You will get 360-degree views of Tokyo City from the circular deck with windows on all sides. Catch sight of the Sumida River, the Tokyo Dome, the Tokyo Tower, and even Mt. Fuji from here.
Do not forget to ride another elevator to the top of the Tembo Galleria at 450 meters for the experience of walking through the sky on this spiral, glass-covered, transparent walkway. Spend the day at this futuristic tower, and in the evenings, watch city lights slowly brighten up the Tokyo skyline.

Buy the 24-hour Tokyo Subway pass to explore Tokyo hassle-free. The ticket gives you convenient and unlimited access to all Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines spread across 13 routes and 250 stops. Once you get your ticket, swipe in and out of each station with your Tokyo Metro pass.

- A baggage check and metal detector screening are mandatory.
- Guests with heart conditions are recommended to avoid this experience.
- Service dogs are allowed.
- Children aged below 6 can enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult.
- For Tokyo Skytree, weekend ticket prices are higher than weekdays. Please be aware of the price difference.
