The venues were amazing, we did skip the queue but the guides were less than desired. I would have wanted a bit more info about re history, architecture, events. But overall acceptable. I felt like money were more important than the experience. And when we needed to contact the support team re place of meeting...silence (although we contacted the via WhatsApp).
