• The path from the entry to the Park to the Palace is around 30 mins walking. This ticket includes the entry for Pena Palace only. Do plan your visit with enough time to arrive at Pena Palace on time.

• There is an expected wait time of 15-20 mins at the entrance/security.

• Kindly ensure that you arrive 15 mins before the start time of your tour to avoid any delays.

• Please note that access to this monument is not authorized to private vehicles. It is recommended to use the pedestrian trails available or public transportation.

• You can park your car in the historic center of Sintra or the peripheral car parks available.

• If the transport option is selected, the transfers included for this experience are between the main entrance of the Park and the Palace.

• Pena Palace is in Sintra, about 30 kilometers from Lisbon.

• There are parking lots at the park entrance but may be limited depending on the number of visitors.

• Reduced price tickets for children aged 6-18 and seniors aged 65+ are available onsite.
