I booked the 22 minutes helicopter ride with head out. Head out gave us tickets on time.. The experience was great. But it was extremely hot and in helicopter the air conditioning was not working.

We were lucky enough to be invited by friends on this helicopter trip over Dubai, where we got to see the scale of the world islands & palm tree islands as well as the amazing architecture.It took 17 minutes and was well worth it. Afterwards we were invited to buy from a selection commemorative photos of us on the trip. It was well organised & safety procedures were paramount. Definitely recommend

We had never had a helicopter trip before and had a daughter who's 9. I cannot recommend this company enough . The staff were excellent and it really was a fantastic experience especially Renaldo (who even gave my daughter a chocolate bar when she said she was hungry once we landed!) . The pilot was so nice and told us everything we wanted to know you felt like he was really safe and wanted you to get the best experience from your trip . The helicopters are very new and we were safety briefed before flying . It's a really magical way to see all the landmarks in Dubai and I would definitely do this again.

I booked the 40-minutes. At first,I always worry about that they will pick me up late, but actually ,the driver pick me up in my hotel on time , The good service make me relax for the tour.Pretty nice experince for me in dubai, I share the picture to my friend , they will come here soon, hope next time I come to dubai.

Let's get real for a minute, is it really worth spending 700+ AED for 17 minutes of fun? I won't lie, it was a blast, but after 15 minutes, I was like "what? It's over?"

Taking off from the heliport, located at the Dubai Police Academy (near the Mall of the Emirates on Sheikh Zayed Road) this flight takes in the Burj Al Arab Hotel, down the shoreline to the Palm Jumeirah Islands and the World Islands. A helicopter ride is the only way to truly appreciate the scale of the World Islands, a testament to Dubai's architectural marvel, stretching far out into the open sea.

Next, you'll fly deeper into the heart of the city. There, towering above everything else, is the Burj Khalifa - the world's tallest building and a true Dubai crown jewel! The beaches, corniche, and a few of the city's most prominent skyscrapers are all in view as you soar over Dubai's beach – the Corniche – and through the Dubai Canal. With the entire city spread out below you, the sight is nothing short of epic!

What's not allowed

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests over the weight of 140kg (308.65lb) and under the age of 2 years.
iPads, selfie sticks, HD camcorders, or cameras with photo lenses greater than 400mm are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter.
Baggage/large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.
While casual photography is allowed, any photography or videography taken for commercial use is not permitted without prior approval.
It's recommended to dress in comfortable and respectful clothes. Swimwear is not allowed. Due to headphone use, earrings can be worn at the passenger’s sole risk.

Accessibility

This experience is restricted for those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
If the guest is 7 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate is required to confirm that they are medically fit to fly.
People of determination are welcome to fly, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult who can assist them.

Additional information

A maximum of 5 passengers are allowed per flight.
Guests are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the helicopter tour timing.
Children aged between 2 and 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult of at least 12 years old.
Flights may be canceled or rescheduled without charges due to adverse weather conditions or external factors beyond control.
All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. The timings are indicative and actual flight timings may change.
