Important Information

• Many rides and rollercoasters require guests to wear a face mask so please do wear one and bring your own mask.
• Children under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult
• Guests able to provide evidence of disability are entitled to bring a helper free of charge.
• Each ride has its own height restrictions ranging from 1.4-meters minimum to 1.96-meters maximum.
• You should avoid riding our attractions if you have any of the following: High blood pressure, undergone recent surgery, back or neck conditions (or a history of such conditions), motion sickness, pregnancy.
• If you are planning to leave the park, ensure you get a hand stamp to allow re-entry.
• A designated car park close to the entrance is reserved for Blue Badge holders.
• All toilet facilities contain accessible toilets and a changing places facility is located in the Upper Dome.
• For guests using wheelchairs, please use the middle gates at the turnstiles.
