Ticket collection super easy and quick, short queue at the entrance. Everything worked perfectly, I am very satisfied. The Uffizi is a diverse and very extensive collection that is a must-see for art lovers. I like to take my time and go at my own pace, the visit was worthwhile and at the end of the day I was simply overwhelmed.

Host was late because of tech issues printing tickets- tribune queue was very long and then underwhelming - should have been warned. Where there were definite in doors and out doors staff were not in place so people were just wandering in and out of out doors

I got a scare at first because the app would not work and I thought I got scammed. Had to uninstall and install again and everything was smooth after that. To be able to see artworks of some of the big names in history was an amazing experience and the audioguide within the app just made the experience even better.

The museum is beautiful. Huge, you have to go with time. I bought tickets with time limits but there doesn't really seem to be anything or anyone that counts how long you are inside. The audio guide is also very good, but I bought another audio guide at the door of the museum and I think it is much more complete, I recommend buying the audio guide on site. I had no problems with the tickets, highly recommend the experience!

Thankfully, your timed entry tickets prevent this hassle. A set number of visitors are allowed in at once, so you can skip the ticket line, trade your voucher for physical tickets, and swiftly enter. Despite some potential waiting, it's much quicker than the regular entry. After voucher exchange and security check, you can simply walk right in!

Then you are free to stay and explore the intricacies of the various compositions on display and marvel at the work of genius artists like Da Vinci, Raffaello, Masaccio, Cimabue, and Giotto. Visit the Botticelli room and admire the Birth of Venus and Primavera, two of the most famous examples of Italian Renaissance art. Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the gallery.
The following are not allowed in the venue: Flash photography, Outside food and drink, Drones, and Pets (except service animals with advance notice).

Additional information

Every first Sunday of the month, the museum follows normal opening hours and entry is free for everyone.
All visitors must leave umbrellas, large bags, and backpacks in the cloakroom located near the museum entrance. The use of the cloakroom is free.
While this ticket lets you bypass the ticketing queue, security checks still apply.
Children aged 18 years and under can enter the gallery for free. You can issue these tickets on the day of your visit, at the same desk where adults exchange their mobile vouchers.
