It's amazing how impressive St. Peter's Basilica, the Sistine Chapel, and the museums are. It's truly unique—everything was very well organized, and we saw and learned so much. Of course, it was very crowded, so it's better to go in the morning than in the afternoon.

We had an amazing experience visiting the Vatican, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Francesco. He was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history, art, and stories to life in a way that kept everyone engaged. Despite the enormous crowds and the extreme heat, he navigated our group of 20 people effortlessly, making sure no one was left behind and that everyone was as comfortable as possible throughout the tour. What we appreciated even more was how thoughtful he was with our two kids. He made an effort to include them, keep things fun, and help them enjoy the experience as much as the adults. Francesco was professional, organized, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the Vatican. The tour is worth the money. It’s not cheap compared to the standard admission price, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our experience was incredibly positive from the very beginning—starting with the text message from Massimo asking if we were having trouble finding the meeting spot, all the way to our guide Antonella, who masterfully led us through the various rooms of the Vatican Museums, providing us with lots of details and interesting facts and answering all our questions. Thanks to these tickets, we skipped the entire line and always had priority access. Highly recommended.

This tour company was amazing to work with. They communicated early and kept us updated. It was so nice to skip the long lines all the way through security and on to our guide. Our tour coordinator kept us aprised of the process through every step and insured that no one got left behind in the crowds. It was so worth the little bit extra to be able to have a seamless experience. My only suggestion is to get the guided tour through to the Basillica. You'll save yourself a long walk back around the Vatican.

Antonio (who speaks Japanese) was fun and knowledgeable. He kept us moving efficiently and gave us good direction and lots of specific information about what we were seeing. Crowds not too bad (for this time of year). Would have been helpful to know we could bring water bottles in. Maybe it was in literature and I missed it. Our tour was moved an hour later, which tightened out day -but ut was communicated well and it all worked out.

Being here was overwhelming (in a good way) but our tour guide was informative, calm and full of endless knowledge. Our guide, Alessandra, was great. The only downside was the overwhelming number of tourists inside the Vatican Museums and the chapel. They should limit the number of visitors. It felt like a supermarket with 50% off sales. But in the end, the guide managed to help us enjoy these extraordinary places.
