This was advertised as a 90 minute tour. When booking it gave no impression that the tickets had yet to be purchased for us and therefore we had to wait in a queue for close to 2 hours before even beginning to climb up the tower. With two boys very excited about the tour, it put a real dampener on the experience. It was extremely disappointing and made us question whether we actually had enough time to get up the tower before needing to catch our train. This really needs to be much clearer! Otherwise, the guide was good and gave some excellent information about the tower and stories surrounding it. He was also good with the kids (10 & 11).

The tour guide was great! However, the fact that the tour was simply postponed by 1.5 hours without informing us was not ok and almost prevented us from climbing the Eiffel Tower at all. They should work on that ;)

Tour started 1 hour and 15 minutes late and I was not notified of this. This happened to ithers on the tour also. I wasted my limited holiday time in Paris and I had to make an expensive phone call when abroad to find out what was happening. Meeting point was not as sent in photo I did not expect to have to join the long general queue for tickets as part of the tour when I had already paid. The tour guide was reasonably knowledgeable however he became very annoyed at something part way through the tour (unclear what had annoyed him) and stopped speaking to the group for 10 minutes. I had not expected the climb up to each floor to be so fast. I could not keep up. It was a very bizarre experience but at least we fix get to the top of the Eiffel tower in the end

An incredible experience... certainly the best view of Paris from the summit of the Eiffel Tower... sensational and worth every step we climbed.

Spend up to 2 hours climbing the Eiffel Tower & perhaps even its summit

Embrace the daredevil in you as you walk across the glass floor, 57 meters above ground level. Seal the deal by taking some memorable snaps. Taking to the stairs again, the higher you go, the better the view. The observation deck on the 2nd floor will have you gawking at the Notre Dame and the Champs Elysees. But the fun doesn’t stop here. Optionally, step out of the ordinary, and see Paris in all its glory from the summit, with access via elevator.

Please note: You may experience some delays as some locations can be unavoidably busy at mandatory security checks and at entrances for the stairs and the elevator of the Eiffel.
