Very good, they show a video comparing the present with ancient Rome. From the place of withdrawal of the tickets they explain everything correctly and we could access without problem to the Forum and the Colosseum.

The entrance tickets were very good, but it wasn't possible to take the guided tour at 10 a.m. knowing that the colisee entrance was at 9 a.m. I didn't understand how to get the audio guides and no one answered my message. Staff were amazing and looked after my girlfriend who suffered with an anxiety attack ! Just wanna say a massive thanks to the staff at the front and the doctors on site for all your help ! You were amazing!

It could improve the issue of the time of access to the Colosseum, because I bought them for 9 in the morning and there in the office they tell me that I have to enter at 12-12-15, time that I wanted to avoid because of the heat, and the people. The audio guide of the forum, the numbers of the zones do not correspond with those of the guide, so there were things that did not appear. They did not download correctly.

We loved the visit. We were escorted to the entry point very friendly. Perhaps the visit was to go more than one day especially in the Roman forum and archaeological area.

All members of your party must carry valid ID to present at the time of entry if requested. Should you fail to do so, venue authorities may deny you entry and such instances are not liable for reschedules or refunds.
Make sure you visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill on the same day as your Colosseum visit as the tickets are valid for one day only.
Please note the chosen time must be respected and latecomers would not be accommodated.
The tour involves a fair amount of walking, hills, and stairs; as such we recommend wearing comfortable attire and suitable walking shoes.
Due to its nature, the tour is not wheelchair accessible. We recommend the tour for kids aged 4+.
Bags and backpacks are not allowed in the Colosseum and the Forum Romanum due to a lack of a cloakroom.
