- All guests need to bring and wear only an FFP2 mask. This is the only acceptable mask at the venue.
- To gain entrance, guests MUST have a reinforced Covid Pass (proof of last vaccination being within 6 months (or recovery) OR in the event that a guest doesn't have a full vaccination/the last dose had passed 6 months, they'll need to show a negative covid test taken within 48 hours (PCR can be done at any local pharmacy).
- On rare occasions, the Vatican may spontaneously close for religious services, mass preparations or ceremonies. In these last minute/second cases, we are unable to provide discounts or refunds. - We cannot be held responsible for any itinerary variations inside the museum, cancellations or entrance delays due to unexpected events, strikes or decisions taken by the museum direction and/or unexpected variations of the Pope deplacement which involves the museum buildings.

Dress Code
The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel follow a strict dress code. Please ensure that your knees and shoulders are covered. Please ensure that you aren't wearing the following: Sleeveless blouses, miniskirts, shorts, and hats. Comfortable shoes are recommended as the tour involves a considerable amount of walking.
Child Tickets
At the time of checkout, you will have the option to book tickets for both adults and children. Child tickets and Student tickets have reduced pricing so please select these according to the age specified for these tickets. Please carry a valid ID for all members of your party for whom you're booking reduced pricing tickets to confirm their age.
Accessibility
The Vatican Museums offer free entry to all disabled visitors with certified invalidity of more than 74%. For visitors who are not self-sufficient, free entry is also extended to a companion. Free entry tickets are issued upon presentation of a certificate of invalidity.
