I enjoyed the unhurried experience, you got a really good view of the river and the surrounding buildings. On such a cold day it was a bonus that it was so warm at the top. The information boards were really clear and explained how and why the bridge was built. The glass floor was amazingly scary but I did walk on it.

Very interesting. However the booking system was clumsy beyond belief. The only way to access tickets was to download the app, which I have promptly deleted. VERY arrogant to force customers to use your app. Will definitely avoid you in future. My positive comments are about the experience and the team. They should ditch you asap.

It was great & very interesting to see the way it was constructed and how it is used frim when it was first made till now Also the fun part was Belle the car and finding it it was also calm and you had lots of time to experience it

We did not have to wait in line, everything was easy from the beginning of the purchase of the tickets.... And the visit was wonderful, we loved it.
