Münih şehrine 3 kişilik gidiş dönüş için satın aldığım orijinal kuponum, geçerli olmadığını söyleyen sürücü tarafından tarandı! Hatta Mart 2027'ye kadar geçerli olduğunu söyledi. Başka bir 3 kişilik gidiş-dönüş kuponu yeniden satın almak zorunda kaldım!!! İyi olan ancak geçersiz olarak okunan orijinal gidiş-dönüş kuponum için para iadesi istiyorum. S1 hattında çıkan bir yangın nedeniyle Münih'te otobüs kuyruğundayken cep telefonumdan 2 x Lufthansa Express bileti satın aldım ve otobüsün kapısına geldiğimde şoför otobüsün dolu olduğunu belirterek bizi otobüse almayı reddetti. 10 Nisan Perşembe günü yaklaşık 8.45 Şoför tarafından ve hiçbir açıklama yapılmadan utanç verici davranış. Ya 105 € karşılığında taksiye binecektik ya da uçuşumuzu kaçıracaktık.
