La visite de la brasserie était tres bien toutefois la croisière était loin de l'usine donc tres decevant que ça ne soit pas fave à l'usine. Pas clair et attrappe. Bien déçu. Nous ne l'avons pas fait. Publicité trompeuse

Esperienza da wow Ci aspettavamo la solita esperienza in un birrificio e invece qui chi gestisce la comunicazione e gli eventi per Heineken ha fatto una cosa straordinaria Non voglio anticipare nulla e lasciarvi la sorpresa ma se vi piace la birra e amate fare esperienze innovative comperate i biglietti ... non ve ne pentirete

The graphics are incredible and the tour guides are extremely passionate about explaining the history of the brewery. It is an experience worth having and no trip to Amsterdam would be complete without it.

A brewery turned museum

Go on a self-guided tour around the Heineken® Experience, a heritage building that started it all for the brand. The interactive, world-class museum will give you a peek into the family who created the brand, the transformation of its logo over the decades, and its special brewing process. Their helpful beer experts will help you learn more about what goes into making your favorite draft beer. At the end of your tour, treat yourself to a couple of glasses of beer or a soft drink made at the oldest Heineken® brewery while enjoying a chat with the crew!

A relaxing canal cruise

Make your way to the boarding point for the famous canal cruise in Amsterdam, the city of canals. You'll get a chance to admire the beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage site as you listen to an audio guide. Get to know the stories behind the unique buildings and cobblestone streets, as well as landmarks like Anne Frank House and the Skinny Bridge, as you sail along the bank. This cruise is just what you need to sit back, relax, and take in the spectacular view of the Amsterdam skyline.

Please note that the 1 hour Canal Cruise can only be accessed with a pre-booked time slot. In order to pre-book a specific time slot, please show your (smartphone) ticket for the 1 hour Canal Cruise at the local office.
