Rehbere ayak uydurmak ve anlamak oldukça zordu. Rehber, rezervasyonumuzun bir sonraki bölümü olan Gondol yolculuğu konusunda bize yardımcı olmak konusunda hiçbir ilgi göstermedi. Rezervasyonda 2,5 saatlik bir deneyim yaşadığımız belirtilmişti. Aslında Basicila'da yaklaşık bir saat kaldıktan sonra 20 dakikalık bir gondol yolculuğundan önce 3,5 saatlik bir boşluk olduğu ortaya çıktı. Hiçbir yerde bu boşluğun var olduğu konusunda bilgilendirilmedik - gondol yolculuğunun öğleden sonra gerçekleşeceğini bildiren bir temsilciyle konuşmak için servis numarasını aramak zorunda kaldım. Bu, günün geri kalanında 10 kişilik grubumuz için planlarımızı yeniden düzenlememizi gerektirdi.

our guide speaks English but it was so hard for our party of 7 to understand him, he speaks so fast and his accent is strong, we were not able to ubderstand most if what he was saying. the head phones they provided are not the best either. for the price we paid, would be nice if we get our money's worth but did not.

Tuve que llamar a atención al cliente porque no estaba claro el punto de encuentro y la zona estaba masificada, con la guía Bianca fue todo genial y la señora un encanto y muy bien explicado. El paseo en góndola lo tuvimos que cancelar por las inclemencias del tiempo y la tormenta que hubo.

Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed at the basilica.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
A ramp is available at the Porta del Fiori (Door of Flowers) entrance on the left-hand side of the basilica.
The Museum on the upper floor of the basilica is served by both a lift and stair lifts.

Venice Gondola Ride

The gondola ride is not accessible for wheelchair users.

The guided tour of St. Mark’s Basilica starts at 10:45am and the shared gondola ride starts at 3pm.

Seating arrangements within a gondola may vary for balance and safety reasons, it may not be possible to sit next to your partner.
Please note that the tour may not operate under exceptional high tide conditions or during religious functions at the basilica. In the event of cancellation, your tour will either be rescheduled or refunded for your convenience.

Getting There

By Ferry: Board line B and get off at the S.Marco station. Walk onto Piazza San Marco/Salita S. Moise. Turn left onto Calle Larga Ascensione and on your left, you will see Ufficio Postale Poste Italiane and Museo Correr to either side.

Note: Late arrivals and people who miss their tour will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

The tour reservations have strict timings. If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again (subject to availability).
