Etkinlik tam başladığımız sırada iptal edildi, bu yüzden etkinliği gerçekten yapamadık. Ehephabt deneyimini gerçekten dört gözle bekleyen 3 üzgün çocuğumuz olduğu için günü mahvetti, bunun yanlış nedenlerle unutulmaz olan Bali'deki tatilimiz için unutulmaz bir son olması gerekiyordu. Para iadesi konusunda henüz bir geri dönüş almadım.

Well organised, professional staff, didn't feel rushed at any time, the animals looked relaxed and didn't seem forced to do anything at anytime against their wishes

Bond with gentle Sumatran elephants by joining them in a cooling mud bath, which protects them from the sun and insects. Wash off in a nearby river, learning about these giants from the mahouts. Cap off your day at Bali Zoo, meeting a diverse array of animals from orangutans to African lions, and enjoy a delicious meal to round out your experience.

Here's a list of things to bring along: sunscreen, a change of clothes, swimwear, comfortable walking shoes, a camera, and sandals.

Accessibility

The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Elephant mud fun experience is not though.

Additional information

Children under 120cm are not allowed in the fun mud area.

There is no babysitting service available. Children will be left alone in the restaurant during the elephant mud activity.

With Hotel Transfers

Kindly wait at your hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before your pick up time and display your voucher along with a valid photo ID to your tour driver before departure

Your pick up time will be reconfirmed in advance. As this will be a shared transfer, please be patient in case of any unforeseen delays along the pick-up route

If you are using Airbnb accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, you will be picked up from the hotel nearest to your Host’s location

Without Hotel Transfers

Take a taxi directly to Bali Zoo and present your voucher along with a valid photo ID at the ticketing counter of the zoo
