• Puy du Fou offers disability-friendly washrooms and parking spaces and the majority of the park is suitable for wheelchair users and pram/stroller users.

• Manual and electric wheelchair rental is available at the park (€8 per day and €25 per day respectively) with or without prior booking but, subject to availability.

• Special ticket rates are available for disabled visitors with appropriate documentation.

• Guide dogs are allowed.

Chambord Castle

• As there is low internet connectivity inside the venue, please download your tickets before your visit.

• Please note that only the ground floor of Chambord is accessible to wheelchair users, who enjoy free admission.

• Since this is a historic site, certain regions may be closed for access due to maintenance or renovation.

• It is allowed to bring dogs on a leash in the park, but not in the castle enclosure, the French gardens, and the stables.

• Guide dogs may access the entire premises.

Puy du Fou

• Some shows might be violent or upsetting for a younger audience such as the gladiator fights – please attend accordingly.

• A self-service luggage facility is located at the entrances (pay on-site).

• It’s possible to leave the park and return on the same day.

• There's free parking at the park entrance and near hotels.

• Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Children will also only be allowed to leave the Puy du Fou if accompanied by a responsible adult.

• The show schedule is adjusted daily according to visitor numbers. The show schedule will be updated at 5:30pm on the day before your visit, on the website's homepage and Puy du Fou mobile app.
