At Phuket Old Farm, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the idyllic charm of a local Thai farm on the enchanting island of Phuket. Surrounded by lush gardens and the serenity of rural Phuket, this experience begins with a guided farm tour. Here, explore the farm's abundant herb gardens, flourishing vegetables, and aromatic spices, gaining insights into sustainable farming practices that underline the farm's commitment to quality ingredients.

One of the most unique aspects of this culinary adventure is the opportunity to handpick fresh ingredients. Proceed to an open-air kitchen, where local chefs will guide you in crafting authentic Thai dishes like the fragrant Tom Kha Gai and delicious Pad Pak Boong. While engaging in hands-on activities, from chopping to stirring and seasoning, you will get to master essential techniques that allow you to replicate these flavors at home.

Itinerary

8:30am to 9am: Pick-up from your Phuket accommodation and transfer to Phuket Old Farm
9:15am: Arrive at Phuket Old Farm
9:30am to 10am: Embark on a guided tour of the farm
10:15am: Engage in hands-on ingredient selection
10:30am to 12:30pm: Step into the open-air kitchen and begin your cooking class
1:30pm: Communal dining
2pm: Return transfer to your Phuket accommodation

Pets are allowed.
Wear casual, breathable, and comfortable attire that is lightweight and loose-fitting in natural fabrics like cotton.
Opt for closed-toe shoes with a good grip, such as sneakers.
Consider wearing a hat or cap to protect from the sun and bring an apron if you prefer.
