- Masks are mandatory at ESCAPE Petaling Jaya.
- Guests must be fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 and present a digital vaccination certificate before entering.
- Outside food and snacks, slippers, open-toed sandals, and wearing jewelry are strictly prohibited.
- Parents are advised to accompany children aged 12 and under.
- Guests may be required to provide ID for verification.
- Lockers, differently-abled parking lots, and differently-abled changing rooms are available at the venue.

- If you are driving to the attraction, take the Lebuhraya Persekutuan/Route 2 from Kuala Lumpur.
- Once you arrive at the main gate, please follow the mall signage to access the main entrance of ESCAPE Petaling Jaya.
By Bus
- Board buses from various locations in the city.
- Bus services are also available if you are coming from other areas.
