Online rezervasyon yaptım ve Pay PAL ile ödeme yapmak istedim. İşlemin tamamlanamadığını söyleyen bir hata mesajı vardı. Ben de tekrar denedim ve doğrudan kredi kartımla ödeme yaptım. İşe yaradı. Dakikalar sonra 2 rezervasyon onayım ve 2 yerine 4 biletim vardı. Sorunu sohbet yoluyla anlatmaya çalıştım. Bu başarılıydı. Ancak aldığım cevap harikaydı. Hatalı çifte rezervasyon, gösterinin başlamasına 72 saatten az bir süre kala yapılmıştı, bu nedenle gösteri sağlayıcısı fazla biletleri iptal etmeyecekti. Headout benim için hiçbir şey yapamadı.
