Bu turu çocuklarımla birlikte yapıyordum ve ne yazık ki otobüsün buluşma noktasına geç kalıyordum, aradım ve kalkış saatinden 8 dakika sonra bizi beklemesi için rehbere yalvarıp yakarmayı başardım. Çok özür diledim ve otobüse girdiğimizde gözyaşları içindeydim. Rehberin üzgün olmasını bekliyordum ama dürüst olmak gerekirse, hoparlörün üzerinden patlatılmayı asla beklemezdim... Rehber, herkese saygı duymak için zamanında olmaya büyük önem verdi, zamanlamanın ne kadar önemli olduğu konusunda birkaç dakika boyunca agresif bir şekilde devam etti. Geç kalmamın bir aksamaya neden olduğunun farkındayım ama bunun ele alınış şekli profesyonelce değildi, kabaydı ve dürüst olmak gerekirse sadece kafa karıştırıcıydı.
