This makes it easy for anyone over the age of 8 to maneuver the paddleboard on water – making it a family-friendly experience. Your instructor will take you to the spot via a motorboat and train you to use the paddle boards. Paddle hard to race across the water for a full-body workout or paddle at a leisurely pace, taking in the waters of the French Riviera. The harder you push on the pedals, the faster you go through the water, and the more intense your performance!

Once your training session is done, set off for Lerins Islands with their natural landscapes, turquoise waters, and historic heritage worthy of the most beautiful postcard landscapes. Cut away from the hustle of the city and paddle to these islands accessible only by boat, and be rewarded by emerald coves and sandy beaches. On the other, the island of Saint Honorat on Esterel Islands, a veritable cocoon of spirituality, is home to a monastery built in 1073 and inhabited by monks who cultivate olive trees and vines.
