Important Information
- Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Toilets, AC/Heater, On-Board Catering.
- Passengers are allowed to bring a single hand baggage on board with maximum dimensions of 50 x 35 x 20cm and weight not exceeding 9kg. The user is responsible for verifying and viewing the baggage weight and size limits.
- For all baggage exceeding the weight and measures indicated above and for additional baggage, the passenger is required to obtain a 'baggage ticket'. Passengers with items found on board without a baggage ticket will be required to pay double the expected price.
- Pets are allowed on board provided they have a passage ticket and veterinary certification of good health and of prophylaxis for external parasites. Dogs must be registered in the canine registry.
Restrictions
- Passengers aged 14 and under cannot travel alone.
- Passengers aged 14 to 18 can travel alone, provided they have written authorization from a guardian/parental authority which relieves the Carrier of any liability.
