Join the guided or self-guided interactive geothermal walk or indulge in the relaxing geothermal mud and sulphur waters. This is a great way to experience the healing properties that local Māori have been using for centuries. More importantly, it's a Rotorua experience you’ll always cherish. Your ticket also includes a geothermal walk that lasts from 1 to 1.5 hours, as well as Māori carving. Then, bathe in the famous mud baths and soak in the sulphur spas or the cool plunge pool.

Important Information

We recommend that women do not use our bathing facilities whilst pregnant. However, it is an individual’s choice and we recommend that you seek advice from your health professional if you are wanting to bathe.
This experience is recommended for travellers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
The minimum age for the Mud Bath is 2.5 years, and for the Sulphur Spa is 6 months.
The spa facility is wheelchair accessible with the appropriate ablutions. The tracks through the geothermal reserve are made with natural stone from the area and therefore we recommend only wheelchairs made for off-road situations accompanied by an experienced helper.
