We had the absolute pleasure of touring São Jorge Castle with Silva, who truly made the experience unforgettable. Silva’s blend of warmth, intelligence, and enthusiasm created a perfect balance between learning and having fun. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une visite guidée du château seules avec le guide. Tout s'est très bien passé, la visite était très intéressante ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment !

ticketing was good, easy to navigate the activity was fine. The appointment was confusing as the guide had not the right color of flag. As he was the only guide at that time, we just could connect with him

Bruno was our guide and he was fantastic! He taught us so much about the castle history and also took great photos of us :)!

It was wonderful getting to walk around the castle with our guide, Elber. He was very knowledgeable of the history and geography of the area surrounding the castle and showed us key important places from above on the hill! It was interesting learning what the various parts of the castle were used for, and envisioning what it looked like in the past, based on descriptions and stories Elber shared with us.

The online ticketing was fine. The guide was EXCELLENT. Sorry I can't remember his name - a young man originially from the Cape Verdes Islands. Very knowledgable and a pleasant personality. I know if we had just walked through the Castle on our own we would not have learned even half as much as we did with the guide.

Elber was a fantastic guide. He has a vast knowledge of the history of the castle. He answered all our questions making the experience memorable. I highly recommend Elber.
