Przez przypadek zakupiłam bilety w innym mieście. Od razu to zgłosiłam. Niestety nie przyjęto zwrotu. Nie wymieniono również biletów na właściwe miasto. Otrzymałam 25% rabatu na następne zakupy. Nie jestem z takiego rozwiązania zadowolona.

The bus trip was canceled due to the bus needing "redesign," or repairs. No one notified me so I walked in the humidity and waited 12 minutes then I called and given a reason.
