Otobüs çok gürültülüydü ve rehberinizle etkileşim yoktu, sadece size kulak telefonlarını verdi! Rehberiniz müşterilerle etkileşime girebilseydi, deneyimin çok daha fazla olabileceğini hissettim! Kişisel dokunuştan yoksundu! Çok daha pahalıya mal olan bir toplu taşıma otobüsüne binmek gibiydi! Bir turistin başka bir şehri ve ülkeyi ziyaret ederken yaşamaktan hoşlandığı deneyim değil. Kulaklıklar, farklı simge yapıları açıklamak için yeterli değildi, çünkü çoğu zaman bahsettikleri simge yapıları göremiyorduk. Birine otobüste oturması için para ödüyorsanız, neden kulaklık turu yerine turu yapmaları için onlara ödeme yapmıyorsunuz???? Bize hangi durakta olduğumuzu veya nerede duracağımızı bile söylemediler, ayrıca satın alma bilgilerimden bir nehir turuna çıkacağımı düşündüm ama turdayken bunun olmadığını keşfettim !!! Frequency: Every 50 minutes and every 2nd, 4th, and 6th bus at every stop is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
