We both had to move seats several times to be able to hear the guide. Even then it was not clear, and not well synchronised with where the bus was. This is obviously partly due to traffic, but some visual clues [ the big, white building, or whatever] would help. There was a lot of time with no audio at all on the orange trip, which also took far longer than we expected.

Gute Anreise, schöner Park drumherum und natürlich ein super Ausblick Leider kann das Ticket für Versehrte nicht online gebucht werden. Das sollte unbedingt möglich sein, da eine spätere Korrektur verweigert wurde
