What’s not allowed

• Tripods and backpacks are not allowed in this experience.

• It is recommended to not wear hats or caps as this experience requires the usage of VR headsets.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue. However, professional photography is allowed if authorized by a staff member.

• Safety is a priority. So, this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years and under the height of 1.30m.

• Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with claustrophobia, motion sickness, hearing issues, or vertigo.

• Your safety comes first. So, guests with cardiac issues or epilepsy are restricted from participating in this experience.

• Service dogs are permitted only for a seated experience to avoid collision with other users.
