What's not allowed

• Food and drinks are not allowed in the Canopy Park.

• Luggage and wheeled bags are not allowed inside for safety reasons. Please leave them at the baggage storage.

• The operation of drones or unmanned aircraft within 5km of Changi Airport is restricted and require a permit from CAAS.

• The minimum height requirement for Discovery Slides is 110cm.

The last admission is 30 minutes before closing for all attractions, except for the Changi Experience Studio, which has a last admission 60 minutes before closing. Check the official website for the daily opening hours of each attraction before your visit.

• Timings for shops and eateries are subject to change as a result of operational considerations. We recommend checking with the respective store/eatery on their operating hours before visiting Jewel.

• It is recommended that all guests wear comfortable, closed shoes for this experience.

• Strict Dress Code: Wearing skirts or dresses onto the Bouncing Net, Walking Net and Mastercard® Canopy Bridge is not allowed. Pants and covered shoes must be worn when visiting the Bouncing Net and Walking Net.

• Note: The Jewel Rain Vortex will be closed for maintenance, and access to the Forest Valley will be restricted from 3 to 9 January 2025.
