What's not allowed

• Keep in mind hot food & beverages, ice cream, and food with odor are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• You will not be allowed to enter the Stonehenge Circle itself. This is due to the restoration attempts and the relative instability of the structure. Your Stonehenge tickets allow you to access about 10 meters of the monument.

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed inside Windsor Castle.

• Keep in mind large backpacks and pushchairs are not allowed inside the State Apartments. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

• Not all coaches are wheelchair accessible, so please call or email before your tour date to confirm.

• Stonehenge is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venues.

• Windsor Castle's Admission Centre provides an audio-descriptive tour for blind or partially-sighted visitors.

• Windsor Castle is closed to visitors on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout 2024.

• Being a functioning royal palace, Windsor Castle's schedule might be subject to unforeseen closures.

• English Heritage and National Trust England members can enjoy free admission to Stonehenge.

• The Semi-State Rooms are included in the visitor route during the winter months. Standard admission charges will apply. The Semi-State Rooms are not open on days when the State Apartments are closed.

• St George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays.
