Mamut mağarası MUHTEŞEMDİ!!! 4 yaşından küçük çocuklar için biraz zor ve yaşlılar için de zor çünkü özellikle çıkış yolunda çok fazla merdiven var ama kayınvalidem kalçaları kötü olduğu için çok durmak zorunda kalmasına rağmen bunu başardı. Eşim küçük çocuğumuzu taşımak zorunda kaldı çünkü 4 yaşın altındaki herhangi bir çocuk için kesinlikle çok fazla ama hepimiz gerçekten çok keyif aldık ve kulaklıklar 🎧 turun harika bir özelliğiydi. Diğer mağaraları denemek için sabırsızlanıyoruz ve gerçekten akıllara durgunluk veriyordu.

The ticketing experience was super simple to navigate right to the end. Also the stuff where quite friendly and accommodating to the needs of customers. The audio set up was also very informative with detailed analysis of the curves formation. Great experience indeed we will live yo cherish.

Tickets were easily bought, service at reception was great, explained everything needed. Cave tour headphones were fantastic we could go our own pace. Cave itself amazing definitely will be doing others in the area. Thank you!

Your Experience

Often referred to as a magical time capsule, Mammoth Cave is home to some rare fossils of long extinct creatures that once roamed on Earth. These fossils offer a peek into life on Earth 50,000 years back, when these massive creatures roamed the forests above what is currently the cave.

Once you enter the cave, you can see the various crystal and limestone formations inside. The boardwalks and platforms will take you across the chambers of the cave, allowing you to see these intriguing formations up close. An audio guide will be available, allowing you to explore the cave by yourself and delve into its history.

The highlight of the tour is seeing the fossil jawbone of the long-extinct zygomaturus embedded in the limestone walls. Once you have explored the inside of the cave, you can take a short walk through the forest located above, which is home to diverse flora and fauna.

Important Information

The audio guide is available in English, Mandarin, French, Malay, and German
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes that are non-slippery as this tour has a considerable amount of walking.
The tour is not stroller or wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for those with impaired physical mobility.
Children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

It is recommended to drive or take a taxi to get to the cave as there is limited public transport.
