Museum of the Future

• Facilities: restrooms, free Wi-Fi, and prayer rooms.

• Tickets need to be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot.

• Museum of the Future has a strict policy for maintaining the time slot selected. Besides a grace period of 30 mins before/after the selected time slot, early/late entrance to the Museum will be denied.

• Children under the age of three (3) can go free but a free ticket should be booked online. Guests under the age of sixteen (16) years are to be accompanied by a paid adult ticket.

• Wheelchairs are available on request and are free to use.

• You are encouraged to travel via Metro or other more sustainable means. Self-parking for museum ticket holders on the day of validity is available free of charge for 3 hours, however, parking spaces are limited and subject to availability (electric car charging is available). Valet parking is available at an additional charge.

• The full self-guided visit is expected to take approximately 2 hours. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot. If you miss your entry time, the attraction will try to accommodate you on the next available time slot on the same day, based on availability.

• Photography and videography are allowed as long as the images are taken using existing light only (no flash) and are for personal, non-commercial use.

• Please dress in a manner that is appropriate for a public space in the UAE and is respectful of the local culture.

• Food and beverages are available for purchase and are to be consumed in designated areas. Guests may bring their own food to consume in the lobby and gardens. Caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes floor, but not past the entry barrier. No food or drink is allowed in the other exhibitions out of concern for the safety of all guests.

• Please ensure you wear respectable attire that reveals minimum skin. Visitors who don’t do so will not be allowed admission to the park.

• Professional shoots, including engagements, weddings, modeling, TV ads, and other events require prior approval from the management office.

• The management has the right to expel any visitor from the park if found posing threats to park assets or involved in misconduct.

• Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with the mentioned instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the visitor and their companions.

• Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to change park timings and temporarily close shows and attractions for safety and maintenance without prior notice or any compensation.

• Any instruction from the security personnel should be followed immediately without argument.
