The fast city life can sometimes make you want to get away, even if it is just for a day. The good news is you can do just that with a day trip to Phi Phi island by taking a catamaran from the bustling Phuket. The first stop is at the sandy beaches of Maya Bay where you can rent some comfortable chairs and let go of all your worries. Then, move on to Pileh lagoon to explore the coral algae and reefs at Mu Ko Phi Phi Islands National Park.

A day of relaxation and exploration demands a scrumptious meal at a beachside restaurant in Phi Phi Don. With lunch out of the way, jump into the clear blue waters and cool down as you watch the fish swim by. From there, go on to see the striking Viking Caves and listen to your guide regale you with stories from the cave’s history and local folklore. End your short but sweet trip at Khai Island where you get to snorkel and explore the beautiful marine life below.
