Take the time to explore the streets, check out a Roman banquet, or peek into the Lupanar. See the Forum, the city's main public square, which served as a center for political, religious, and commercial activities. Swing by the Pompeii Amphitheatre, one of the oldest surviving Roman amphitheatres, which could seat up to 20,000 spectators and hosted gladiatorial games, animal hunts, and other forms of entertainment. Get up close and see the ancient Roman temples, dedicated to various gods and goddesses, including Jupiter, Apollo, and Venus.
