Important Information

• Kids aged 12 and under are considered for child tickets.

• Infants aged 1 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 and above).

• All guests must wear socks inside the premises of the park.

• This experience is suitable for wheelchair users and pram/stroller users.

• Please ensure punctuality, as there will be no extensions to the allotted playtime.

• On weekends, the ratio of adults to children must be maintained at 2:1. On weekdays, up to 4 adults are permitted per child, up to the park's maximum capacity.

• DreamUs Edutainment Pte. Ltd. promotes responsible play and holds the authority to evict any non-compliant patrons without providing a refund.

• Every admission is on a per-entry basis. Children cannot re-enter once they exit, while adults can re-enter if another adult remains with the children.

• DreamUs Edutainment Pte. Ltd. will not be held accountable for injuries resulting from improper play.

• Children must be healthy upon entry. The management can deny or revoke entry to anyone appearing unwell.

• Adults cannot be exchanged during a visit. Extra adults will incur a $10 charge.

• Parents and caregivers must always supervise their children in the playground.

• All visitors can re-enter the park.

• Children must wear grip socks that are fully covered, and adults need fully covered socks inside the park.

• A $10 clean-up fee might be imposed for incidents like vomiting or urine leaks.

• Management has the right to use onsite photos/videos for promotional and professional purposes.

• All staff members deserve respect. Offensive comments or actions will not be tolerated.

• Parents and guardians must strictly follow all instructions during playtime.

• Damages from inappropriate behavior or misuse of facilities will lead to charges at 60% of the retail cost of the damaged item.

• It's the responsibility of parents and guardians to supervise their children continuously.

• The Pororo Park Singapore team is not responsible for any injuries or accidents within the park.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Drugs and alcohol are prohibited. Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden.

• Pororo Park Singapore is a family-friendly indoor playground. Unacceptable behavior may lead to eviction without a refund and can be reported to the police.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.
