For a hassle-free adventure across the Kyushu region the SUNQ Pass, grants you unlimited access to nearly 2,400 bus routes, city buses, and ferry transportation. Travel conveniently on highway and city bus routes, enjoying additional access to ferry transportation in the region. Options at your fingertips

What makes this pass convenient is that you can pick from 2-4 days of validity and also choose between traveling the entire Kyushu or just the Northern Kyushu and Southern Kyushu region.

Seamless activation

For buses that don’t need a reservation, directly board the bus with a sticker placed on the bus. The SUNQ Pass-eligible ferries will also have a sticker posted at the ticket window/waiting area. Some city and highway buses require prior reservation and you can reserve the seats 30 days in advance or 30mins before the bus takes off. Collect your seat ticket at a ticket desk and show it to your driver, which will be collected at the boarding or dropping time.

A day is counted from 3am to 2:59am the following morning. If you opted for 3-day pass it means that you can use the pass for 4 consecutive days. Getting on or off a bus between 12am and 2am will be counted as the previous calendar day. Also, if you use your pass for a night bus on the night of the third (fourth) day of the usage period, it will be valid for the remainder of your ride.

Bring along your seat reservation ticket and show it to the driver upon boarding (only for buses that require reservation).
