Being inside the palace was awesome
Finding Headouts office beforehand was a bit challenging and I recommend giving yourself plenty of time before the tour. Skipping the line with our guide was brilliant. Whilst the tour was called "mysteries and secrets" it was really just a history... not many secrets revealed.

Our tour guide was excellent, she was very knowledgeable and passionate about Venice and this came across during our tour. I would highly recommend this tour and highly recommend our guide.

We loved the tour in St. Mark's Basilica. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and made the tour fun. I liked how it was described to us by the tour guide that the St. Mark Square represents knowledge, power and religion with the Biblioteca Marciana (Knowledge), Doge's Palace (Power), and Basilica di San Marco (Religion ) situated in the square. Amazing tour! I was glad to get the tickets on headout last minute. We didn't plan ahead and after we reached St. Mark Square, we saw then long line to enter the Basilica. I went to Headout, purchased our ticket and was able to enjoy the tour with my family. Thank you, Headout!

Moins aimé le caractère obligatoire de la séance de soufflage de verre , que l'on connaissait déjà ! Et la pause sur l'île de Burano trop courte !

St Mark's Balsilica ve Doge's Place turu inanılmaz bir deneyimdi, Venezia gezimin en önemli noktalarından biriydi! Ellena - our guide - was very informative and the way she took us through the history of Venice was simply amazing. Her command on facts and her way of story telling made the entire experience very enriching.

Do check the theatre schedule before planning your visit. we could have almost missed it, but the customer rep here reminded us of the same.
