Burn Al Arab inanılmaz bir tesis. Çok zarif ve lüks ama bir o kadar da güzel. Tur organizatörleri bize iyi davrandılar ve bize mülkü gösterdiler. Biletleme deneyimi sorunsuz ve profesyoneldi

The visit was organised but it allow to visit just small part of the hotel. Too expensive for what that allow us to visit

I really liked the interior of Burj al Arab, the Arabic coffee and the date were delicious, their hospitality was a nice gesture from them. I was satisfied with the price of the ticket.

Once the tour itself was good, I was dissapointed with the receptionist, I purchased the drink gold cappucino with my cc, my receipt showed 175 dirham equal to $47 but when I got home my statement showed $136, I don't know what to do, I tried to email them but no response. So this issue really ruin my experience at Burj Al Arab, what a shame.
