What's not allowed

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed during the tour. However, you can click photos in the admission area and at the end of the tour.

• Keep in mind suitcases and large items are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely! Handbags and backpacks up to a 30-liter capacity will be permitted.

• All wheelchair-bound guests with valid tickets must book their wheelchair timeslots in advance from the venue website.

• The attraction admits 1 wheelchair user per hour, at each quarter past the hour. If your wheelchair and ticket timeslots are different, visit during your booked wheelchair timeslot.

• Your safety comes first so visitors with epilepsy, motion sickness, cardiac issues, asthma or any other chronic illness are restricted from riding the Magic Bus.
