Not knowing that the tickets were not instant was a problem. We should be able to buy the tickets and have them instantly available rather than having to wait up to two hours to receive them.

Be among the first to experience the recently launched, unique SkyHelix Sentosa! Settle comfortably in an open-air gondola which will take you 79 meters above sea level in gentle rotations. Feel free as a bird and enjoy the gentle breeze as you admire 360-degree views from Sentosa all the way to Keppel Bay area and the Southern Islands. A refreshing drink from the Snack Bar will further lift up your spirits.
After sundown, the ride will be stunningly illuminated by LED lights, adding a whole new glowing dimension to the experience. Whether you visit at day or night, every flight is sure to be a memorable one!
What's not allowed

Due to safety reasons, guests under 1.05m in height are not allowed on the SkyHelix ride.

The following objects are not permitted on the ride: Hats and bags, sharp objects such as umbrellas, items made of glass, and outside food and drinks.

Pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cable car.
Accessibility

The SkyHelix ride is not suitable for expectant mothers, guests who have a fear of heights, and guests with limited mobility.

The ride is not recommended for guests who are unwell or have existing conditions such as motion sickness or vertigo.

The cable car experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. However, motorized wheelchairs are not allowed on the cable car due to safety reasons.

Guests between 1.05m to 1.2m in height or under 12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be properly secured at all times during the ride.

Due to safety reasons and compliance with regulations, guests may be turned away from the SkyHelix ride if they are unable to secure seatbelts. A test seat is available onsite for guests who wish to try it.

SkyHelix Sentosa can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests per ride.

The capacity for each cable car cabin is limited to no more than 8 guests.
