Great to reserve seats for each segment of travel The only down side was we could only book tickets 6 times with the machine then had to go to the ticket counter. Had to stand in line for over an hour one time. The machines should allow at least bookings before having to go to the counter

HEADOUOT is the only platform that could issue me the immediate JR pass voucher for exchange the next morning, at very good price, and that was 11.03pm that I received their whatsapp PDF.
